We are adding a Senior Compensation/Equity Analyst who can be a valuable member of our Total Rewards team. This role will be successful in being agile with detailed financial analysis with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail. The role will be working cross-functionally with Finance and Legal, working with external vendors and communicating program details to employees, as needed. Inquisitiveness, strong mathematical and Excel skills are essential. This highly effective team member will play a key part as:


  • Day-to-day administration of all aspects of the company’s global equity compensation plans (long-term incentive stock plans and global employee stock purchase program)
  • Adhere to established processes and compliant with international & US tax withholding/reporting requirements
  • Provide excellent customer service in responding to employee inquiries regarding their equity programs and helping to draft employee communications
  • Generate recurring reports and respond timely to ad hoc data requests
  • Perform reconciliations, including reporting for key SOX controls and maintain supporting documents
  • Participate in compensation surveys and conduct benchmarking analysis of roles and various compensation policies and trends.
  • Assist with data analysis and other compensation projects, as necessary.

 

What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:

  • Bachelor’s degree with Finance, Accounting, Economics and/or Mathematics preferred emphasis
  • Minimum 3 years’ related experience in Stock Plan Administration and/or Compensation for a global company; handling U.S. and foreign tax issues relating to equity compensation is a plus.
  • Working knowledge with major third-party equity software platform, experience with Fidelity’s stock plan platform and Workday is a plus
  • Effective communication and organizational skills
  • Detail oriented
