We are looking for an exceptional Senior Software QA Engineer who can participate in the development of new products and technologies through the planning, development, debug and automation of test scripts to improve the overall quality of the product.  This position requires an individual who thinks in broad terms (systems thinking), takes responsibility for their assignments, collaborates with customers and all levels of the company staff and hands-on operation and testing of products.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in requirements generation and tracking
• Create, maintain, and implement Test Plans with issue tracking
• Create and sustain automated test systems for products lasting 10+ years
• Investigate test results in continuous integration systems
• Write custom embedded and debug applications
• Support development projects and collaborate with other team members located in CO, MA and offshore
• Represent FW / SW development practices and reporting metrics to support internal and external compliance audits

What you will bring to the team along with your curiosity:

• Experience with Test-driven Development, and using testing frameworks, such as RobotFramework, CppUnit or equivalent
• Experience using programming languages like Python for automated testing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter disposition with ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Advanced analysis and problem-solving skills
• Advanced collaboration and team-building skills working with remote development teams
• Experience with requirements generation, requirements tracking, and requirements testing processes in a regulated environment
