Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Job Location: NYC

Salary: $100k - $160k + sign-on and bonus

Requirements: 3-5+ years of Project Management experience. Must have strong technical background and be able to communicate programming languages effectively.

We are actively seeking a Project Manager who has a strong technical background that will be the key interface between us and our respective clients to deliver and execute SaaS projects! You will be responsible for managing and tracking multiple projects and working closely with the sales, engineering, and product teams to provide technical expertise and support. The successful candidate needs the ability to manage a project through its entire life cycle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Being the primary technical contact for the brand/retail customer
• Work with sales team to demo and present our products to customers
• Support sales team to answer technical questions from customers
• Help propose technical solutions to meet customer requests and desired experiences
• Communicate and explain customer technical requirements to the internal technical and product development team
• Manage project requirements and schedules. Work with internal teams to get approval for project plans
• Work closely with the customer to ensure deliverables meet all requirements and pass certification processes
• Triage software issues and work closely with the development team and customer to debug any issues
• Host weekly project calls with the customer and internal teams to update all parties on project status.
  

What You Need for this Position

• 3-5+ years of full-cycle Project Management experience
• Highly technical, able to communicate programming languages such as Javascript, HTML, Python, Swift
• Knowledge of Augmented Reality (AR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Knowledge of Android and iOS mobile app development, the concept of API (Application Program Interface) and SDK (Software Development Kit) integration.
• Experience working with large enterprise clients
• Experience working with offshore development teams (Preferred)
• Beauty industry experience (Preferred)
