One of our clients in Los Angeles area is looking for a Product Manager with the following skills and experience:
Must haves:
1)Project Management experience
2) Experience launching websites and working on the website side (team also manages marketing side-AR and projection)
Basic Qualifications
3-5 years of product/project management experience
Have a track record of delivering successful, innovative solutions
Well versed in website development
Mixed reality (AR) experience
Mobile Development based projects(iOS/Android): ideal candidate has worked on apps currently in the store
Experience in Agile software development and project management
Passionate about technology and the possibilities that it opens up for users of our systems
Forever student - someone who loves always learning
Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
Strong oral and written communication skills
Open to all ideas, not afraid to take risks
Experience working with tight deadlines and very visible high pressure product launches
Ability to hold your own with creatives, filmmakers and marketing executives.
Understands new technology and strong client management skills
Plusses
Familiarity with entertainment industry
Experience leading engineering teams (mentoring junior engineers, setting technical direction, etc.).
Jira and Confluence experience
Monday.com experience
Preferred Qualifications - BS in Computer Science or related field with 5+ years of experience.

Scheduling meetings
Managing Jira boards
Website examples: Disney's launch pad program (build consumer facing and internal tools) Manages studio technology employee websites, Marketing websites
Gathering data for Developers, Designers
Run product work
Connecting dots with other team members-exposure to developing and managing websites
Working on the website side (team also manages marketing side-AR and projection)

The Product/Project Manager applies practical knowledge of product design and development to conceive, design, develop, test, and iterate upon existing and new projects of moderate to high complexity. The Product/Project Manager drives project resource allocation, scheduling, task management, and documentation using Jira and Confluence. The Product/Project Manager works directly with stakeholders to ideate, plan, and design websites and marketing products of varying complexity and audiences.
Day-to-Day
Define, architect and build high-quality software solutions
Take responsibility for and deliver on multiple projects utilizing an Agile methodology (Scrum) in a continuous delivery environment
Be both an effective people manager and project manager
Lead technical discussions, be a subject matter expert and have strategic influence
Evangelize technologies, solutions, and best practices
Contribute new ideas to a larger community of high-caliber professionals
Balance resources, requirements, and complexity
Manage the deployment of applications to Dev, Staging, and Production environments.
