Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a creative producer with experience at a fast-growing creative agency in a client- facing role to join our small core team in a full-time role. Reporting to the Creative Director, you'll be taking the lead on multiple client projects, leading the engagement from kickoff call through final delivery. 


The right candidate needs to be a big fan of pop-culture past and present with a love for movies, TV, Games, VR & AR. They must be able to see and think differently about how to create a range of connected conversations across social media, and always, looking at new ways to engage with audiences. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Create, maintain, and distribute schedules for all projects.
  • Manage vendors/outside contractors, create SOWs, budget proposals and schedules
  • Plan for, schedule and prioritize projects to ensure work is completed efficiently, on schedule and within budget.
  • Manage milestones and deliverables with the project stakeholders to ensure assets are delivered when needed and in the correct formats.
  • Make sure all project requirements are clear to the team.
  • Communicate early and often, continually checking the pulse of what task needs to be accomplished, following up on action items, making sure the team is executing projects and completing actions.
  • Make necessary adjustments if any part of the process isn’t working and/or implement new processes when needed.
  • Anticipate and mitigate project risks or identity potential threats. Adjust and communicate schedule updates as necessary to maintain final due dates.
  • Lead weekly project status meetings and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
  • Act as liaison between the creative services team for marketing materials - Requesting assets, providing assets, and securing approvals.
  • Help ensure strategic and visual brand consistency of our clients.
  • Work closely with the creative team to lead, innovate, and evolve branding and marketing materials.
  • Help set and refine projects’ strategic objectives and oversee all phases of creative development.
  • Schedule, lead, and document all meetings needed for briefing, review, and approval of projects.
  • Work with project stakeholders and the creative services team to define project goals, budget, and deadlines, and communicate clearly to the stakeholder group.
  • Manage outside contractors and agencies, set up relationships and manage the flow of assets and communication.
  • Review all project deliverables to ensure they are free of typos, inconsistencies, errors and ensure they meet internal and external requirements including specifications, file formats and brand/legal guidelines.
  • Understand team workloads and identify when projects require additional resources in order to meet deadlines
  • Request and manage project budgets, provide reporting as necessary.
  • Manage purchasing, creating purchase requisitions and requesting any necessary contracts.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years’ experience in project management/producing.
  • A minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in a creative environment – preferably advertising/design agency, game developer or entertainment studio.
  • A strong aptitude for understanding creative processes and the drive for executing superior work. 
  • Experience working on a range of projects and mediums - from large-scale digital activations to web and app builds, interactive experiences, VR content to strategic marketing campaigns and brand design
  • Expert knowledge of the creative development process.
  • Expert knowledge in digital content development, including advertising, static and motion.
  • Some knowledge of print production.
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with individuals and departments.
  • Excellent multi-tasker who is able to work on a variety of projects with varying circumstances.
