We are looking for an exceptional Production Planner who will coordinate domestic factory workflow so that we meet our Customer demands on time. In this important role, you’ll be…


  • Developing production schedules, then releasing and managing manufacturing jobs so that schedules are met
  • Managing Customer order ship dates and collaborating with internal teams to improve on time fulfillment
  • Teaming with the production and purchasing groups to recognize and resolve capacity or critical material imbalances constraining factory production
  • Liaising with the business units to address Customer allocations or prioritizations
  • Participating in new product/process development, and collaborating in the development of product launch plans
  • Tracking and publishing key metrics of performance, such as: production output, on time Customer order shipment, inventory levels, and others that help communicate process status
  • Providing input on system or process opportunities to support our culture of continuous improvement


What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity is:


  • A Bachelor’s degree or professional certification, e.g.: APICS CPIM
  • 3-5 years in a planning, supply chain or similar role
  • Proficiency with MS Excel for data analysis and presentation
  • Prior experience with Oracle, SAP, or other system software
  • Willingness to work with diverse teams and demonstrate a cooperative, team-first attitude
  • Ability to travel to MKS facilities in Andover, Methuen, and Wilmington MA as necessary
