In this role, you will be part of a team embracing new approaches to talent assessment, sourcing, and data insights. Be part of a team driving the sourcing and recruiting of a global workforce and create strategic approaches to identifying and attracting diverse candidates. You will leverage analytics, insights, and research in assessing the TA process, future hiring plans, market drivers, talent pools, and collaborate on TA activities and strategies across the organization. We are in a competitive business and TA needs to be at the forefront of talent attraction to ensure that we remain competitive in the markets we serve.

This position will own the relationship between Talent Acquisition and our corporate functions, which include IT, Finance, and HR. Not only will you be recruiting against open positions in these organizations but you will be a strategic partner to the business and supporting functions.

Your Impact

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play an important role in bringing diverse & passionate talent to PTC. You will connect with various parts of the business and put your creative sourcing strategies and relationship management skills to work. The ideal candidate has a track record of proven success in a high-performing, high-growth technology company and is excited to take on new challenges. This role requires a highly resourceful individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence and collaboration.

Your Day-to-day
  • Drive and own full life cycle recruiting process
  • Identify, attract, and close the best talent that aligns with hiring plans
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to develop sourcing and effective hiring strategies
  • Act as an advisor to hiring managers and have the ability to manage expectations
  • Understand hiring needs and local market trends
  • Facilitate competency-based interviewing panels, understand assessment tools and inclusive interview practices
  • Ensure a high-touch candidate experience
  • Build, nurture and develop talent pipelines for key roles
  • Connect with business leaders to understand diversity gaps and support the creation of measurable action plans, tailored diversity pipe-lining strategies, as well as provide research and mapping on diversity-focused organizations
  • Stay up to date in best in class TA tools and processes
  • Passion around employer branding and representation at tech and meet up events
  • Participate in other TA projects as needed
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years recruiting experience
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to drive results
  • Ideally 4+ years experience in the high-tech or SaaS industry
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with employees and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
  • Experience closing all levels of candidates including senior level, and negotiating compensation packages
  • Experience working with key stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree and 5 years of professional experience
PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which may include the background and experience of all applicants, which can cause your compensation to vary. PTC anticipates the Talent Acquisition Partner to start at a minimum annual salary of $9 1,000 . The actual pay may be higher depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or payment of any relocation expenses that might be incurred.
