Microsoft was awarded a contract by the United States Army to produce hardware, software, and cloud solutions for the Integrated Visual Augmentation System (IVAS) program. The program leverages technology from HoloLens to produce a head-up display that pushes the boundaries of mixed reality devices. Responsibilities

In this role, you will partner with teams across the IVAS business and engineering organizations to ensure successful execution with our customer. You will be responsible ensuring Microsoft is meeting all contractual commitments with the customer, including delivery of internal and customer-facing reports. A successful candidate will be passionate about ensuring cross-team alignment and awareness, cooperative engagement across internal and external teams and energized by the opportunity to represent customer needs to internal teams. The role has a significant impact in driving future business growth within the Department of Defense Sector by providing a world class customer experience.

Responsibilities Include

• Lead the near-term and long-term define, design, execution and maintenance of reporting infrastructure for the IVAS team. This includes defining PowerBI requirements with stakeholders, overseeing PowerBI development and execution.
• Define, develop and maintain internal and customer-facing scorecards/dashboards.
• Coordinate with responsible individuals across Mixed Reality to ensure on-time delivery of contractually obligated communications, reports and related documents.
• Ensure contractual deliverables are aligned to the internal Rhythm of Business and master program schedule.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management or reporting experience.
• Knowledge of PowerBI and Power Apps.
• Experience bringing different organizations together to collaborate and work through differences in approach
• Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, deadline oriented environment.
• Great written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work and communicate effectively across disciplines and teams.
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions.
• Experience working on hardware device programs is highly preferred
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to, the following specialized security screenings: Citizenship Verification: This position requires verification of U.S. citizenship and/or U.S. permanent residence to meet federal government security requirements.
