This position is part of the Professional Development organization and will be remote. We provide diversified training offerings for global customers and associates inclusive of exceptional virtualized and advanced instructor led curriculum.

You will be a part of the Training Team and report to the Global Technology Manager, who is responsible for leading eLearning and augmented reality training and development. In this role, you will have the responsibility to:

• Supervises the daily activities of business, technical or operations, support teams
• Drives OTD of eLearning and AR modules
• Assist in leading multiple innovative projects relating to AR and eLearning training
• Create and deliver compelling eLearning and AR modules for both internal and external customers
• Partners with subject matter experts to identify and execute needed training programs
• Compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements such as: ISO, GMP and FDA
• Solicit feedback from participants to be used as part of DBS’ Continuous Process Improvement
  

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor Degree in field with 9+ years' experience OR Master Degree with 7+ years' experience OR Doctoral Degree with 4+ years' experience.
• Minimum 5 years in a training environment, with understanding and application of adult learning principles
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an instructional designer for classroom, webinar, eLearning, AR, self-study and blended approaches
• Applications expertise required: Articulate Storyline and Scope AR
• Demonstrated ability in and dedication to continuous process improvement.
• Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally as the need arises, up to 10% of the time.
