We are looking for an exceptional Global Payroll Systems Analyst who can…
Provide in-depth business process expertise for global payroll systems. You will be responsible for helping define and execute on a global strategy for payroll, time and attendance, absence, and benefits, with a strong bias to utilize technology for efficiency and effectiveness. You will play a critical role leading the HR team in their efforts to leverage recently implemented technologies.
· Provide subject matter expertise to support system integration and configuration requirements relating to time and attendance, absence, benefits Workday modules
· Work with global payroll vendor to define statement of work and contractual obligations
· Help define project timelines, strategy, and lead efforts for each implementation phase
· Provide guidance to local teams, identifying potential risks and best practices throughout the project
· Maintain global payroll system post go-live and provide and provide top-tier support to global partners with relation to recently implemented technologies
· Integrate acquired companies into payroll solutions
· Leverage data analytics and graphs to provide insights and influence financial business decisions
What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity
• 5+ years of payroll, or related experience with demonstrated increased responsibility
• Global payroll experience (Safeguard, Cloudpay, ADP, etc), Workday experience a plus
• Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel proficiency
• Experience with multinational HRIS practices and implementation efforts
