Position overview
As Head of Professional Services, you will be responsible for successful execution of all Altoura implementation projects. This role will work with the senior leadership team to scope the platform roadmap and client App needs to ensure that the Altoura platform continues to deliver business value to our clients. The right person for this role will need to have a great mix of technical, business and communication skills with a dash of agility and flexibility to operate successfully in a start-up that is growing fast.
Responsibilities
· Coach, mentor and manage Creative Leads and Technical resources to deliver the projects
· Own and lead end-to-end delivery of all Altoura implementation projects
· Plan work, communicate changes, and troubleshoot problems to ensure high customer satisfaction and smooth internal operations
· Contribute to the professional development of teammates in alignment with team goals and responsibilities. Recruit & onboard new teammates. Conduct formal and informal performance appraisals with the team on a periodic basis, ensuring continuous improvement of skills and knowledge required to excel in their role.
· Work closely with the sales team to develop presales strategy and content for new prospects.
· Track, report and own gross margins on the unit and project level.
· Travel Involved - 30 to 50% (within US and International)
Requirements
· 5+ years of experience building and managing high-performance customer facing teams as well as project schedules and client expectations
· Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic programs in support of company goals
· Experience in implementing SaaS technology solutions in large enterprises
· Strong analytical background and understanding of business metrics
· Able to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast paced start up environment
· Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and in customer-facing settings
