We are looking for a dynamic Contract Senior Recruiter to join our amazing team. This is a remote contractor role.
Overview Of The Contract Senior Recruiter Role
You will be a strategic partner to hiring managers within various functions at Outward, Inc. to support a spectrum of Outward hiring needs (technology and business-oriented roles). You will be responsible for developing multiple sourcing channels to attract the best active and passive candidates while leveraging technology (ATS & LinkedIn, social media) to ensure an effective and efficient process that produces results. This is a full-cycle recruiting role, where you will source, attract, and hire candidates, individual contributors through people leadership roles.
Responsibilities
- Autonomously and independently manage requisitions
- Strategically partner with hiring managers to better understand their role, their team, and their immediate and long-term hiring needs
- Educate and guide hiring managers through the recruitment process, for both full-time and temp roles
- Be an ambassador for our culture and values, seeking candidates who bring fresh ideas and diverse backgrounds to the table
- Provide insightful data to guide decision making and offer proactive solutions
- Build brand awareness via recruiting events; develop industry relationships and talent pipeline
- Partner with other team members and HR on programs and initiatives
Criteria
- A Bachelor’ Degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment managing a high volume of requisitions
- Technology recruiting experience and understanding of cutting-edge recruiting processes
- Strong sourcing background in Software Engineering
- Experience working with all levels of management and cross-functional partners
- Relentless passion to find and connect the best talent
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of ownership and professionalism and excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office Suite, and Teams
- Ability to perform work remotely
