---THIS POSITION IS 100% REMOTE AND A 6 MONTH CONTRACT---

Unity is our core game engine and our Dev team integrates a wide range of emerging technologies (AR, VR, AI, Real-time Animation) and deploys to a variety of platforms/interfaces (WebAR, touch screen tables, mobile) for ops, logistics, training tools, sales and marketing presentations and brand activations.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Support the review of strategy and application to tactical and technical plans for team kickoffs
  • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to help build features and solve creative problems
  • Help build rapid prototypes of experimental features using Unity 3D or other tools
  • Design and implement the Unity layer which links the art and animation of the game artists to the functionality of the programmers underlying codebase
  • Work with production artist to create scriptable assets for a wide range of experiences
  • Construct games within Unity of high quality, including the use of Unity UI, in accordance with our in-house technical workflow
  • Iterate on Unity 3D scene implementation to finalize product and other creative requirements
  • Optimizing experiences so that they run smoothly and efficiently on the widest possible range of devices
  • Facilitate communication and asset pipeline between engineering and artist teams
  • Deliver diplomatic and efficient project detail or status with high regard for expectation management
  • Supporting and mentoring game artists on technical issues
---THERE WILL BE OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO CUSTOMER SITES FOR THIS ROLE---

What You Need for this Position

At least 5 years' experience with Unity including a combination of:
  • C#
  • Art-Net DMX or RESTful API
Preferred
  • Gaming
  • AR/VR
