The Store Operations team brings together people with a passion for engaging Oculus consumers with relevant and entertaining content from the best VR developers. This area of Facebook, ARVR has seen significant growth in recent years to become a key innovation contributor to the company and continues to evolve with the industry to create new business opportunities. We are looking for individuals who are motivated to work at the forefront of digital content distribution to support day-to-day operational management of the Oculus Store.As a member of the Store Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful launch for applications accepted to the Oculus Store by providing logistical and strategic support for a wide range of developers building their businesses on the Oculus platform. The ideal candidate is already well-versed in mobile, PC, or console app store distribution and strongly believes in providing an efficient and empathetic developer experience while ensuring high quality content for consumers.

Responsibilities
  • Work with Quest Store developers to ensure Oculus Store listing information meets requirements. Advise on launch date, art design, and go-to-market plan.
  • Build scaled approach to accommodate one-to-few launch support and configuration.
  • Track, configure, and execute launches in a proprietary content management system.
  • Evaluate special requests for feasibility and scoping, work with engineering and other stakeholders to define and execute the launch plan. Propose methods to standardize requests that come up frequently.
  • Provide guidance and support for other members of the Store Operations team for complex launches.
  • Incident management for launch issues: take ownership and work with Engineering, Customer Support, Communications, Marketing, Legal, and other cross-functional teams to drive to resolution. Participate in retrospective analysis to identify and resolve root cause.
  • Propose self-service tools, documentation, or other improvements to the Quest Store submission and launch process to increase efficiency and reliability.
Minimum Qualification
  • 3+ years experience with digital content operations and distribution.
  • Experience with partner management, tracking progress in a customer relationship management system such as Salesforce.
  • Developer advocate skills, proven experience helping app developers overcome challenges to help them succeed.
  • Proven experience to juggle multiple projects and fluctuating deadlines while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.
Preferred Qualification
  • Familiarity with the video game ecosystem.
  • Experience executing international launches.
  • VR work experience with demonstrable knowledge and curiosity for the medium.
  • BA/BS degree.
