Lenovo is looking for a passionate, and enthusiastic WW AR/VR Business Development Leader to support our AR/VR Business.

In this role, you will be focused on ensuring strong AR/VR solution adoption internally and externally. You will also provide sales motion expertise on emerging solutions while ensuring proficient internal sales enablement. You will also be a key piece of the customer satisfaction puzzle by voicing customer needs and influencing our AR/VR solutions portfolio.

Strong Creativity, Self-driven, Empathy, Teaming and Tenacity will be key successful leadership skills for this role. This position is an outstanding opportunity for a highly motivated individual with strong sales, operational and strategic skills in emerging technologies. This role will allow a flexible working schedule.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Lead WW Global AR/VR Sales Business Development Strategy (Design & Implementation & Reporting)
  • Lead and support the WW AR/VR Business Development team that includes Business Development Managers, Solutions Architects and Customer Success Managers.
  • Enhance Lenovo AR/VR Sales motion and support Lenovo sales transformation
  • Lead the WW AR/VR Sales BMS (Target, pipeline, order status … )
  • Work across Lenovo’s highly matrixed organization to ensure proficient ecosystem awareness and onboarding (Finance, Legal, GSC, Sales operations, Account Teams ..)
  • Partner with the WW AR/VR Product team to ensure smooth and efficient WW and geo sales enablement (Supply planning and management, System readiness, Channel activation, Training, Marketing campaign, Customer events ..)
  • Create the bonds between the different teams and manage key internal stakeholders expectations.
  • Lead WW Sales AR/VR executive reviews and interlocks.

Position Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with at least 10 years of strategic sales and operational experience, preferably in highly matrixed structure

Along with the following skills:
  • Strong and successful customer facing experience and knowledgeable in sales process Leadership skills with ability to inspire others to achieve a common objective
  • Superior organizational skills and project/time management abilities
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to identify value in an unstructured situation
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to simplify and explain complex problems
  • Excellent execution skill and assertiveness to follow through end to end process of senior executive customer meetings.
  • The highest level of integrity and an unwavering sense of what is best for the business
  • Ability convert technical concepts and strategy into clear, highly visual,
  • Executive presentations Experience in the AR/VR space an advantage. Able to up to 50% of the time
