We are looking for an exceptional Manufacturing Engineer who can…

Develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequence and processes in the manufacture of parts, components, welded sub‑assemblies and final assemblies.  In this role, you will also interface with design engineering in coordinating the release of new products and transitioning parts from prototype to production. As a manufacturing engineer you will also support continuous improvement in part flow and process.


  • Review product prints and develop manufacturing processes
  • Apply Lean methodologies for continuous improvement
  • Create weld procedures and aid in tooling design
  • Lead improvement and trouble-shooting projects


What you will bring to the team, along with your passion for improvement, is:

Required

  • Minimum of two years in related experience
  • Bachelor of Science in Manufacturing Engineering or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Project leadership
  • Capability with common workplace software (Windows, MS Office, etc.)

Desired

  • Lean Thinking/Methodology experience
  • Welding knowledge (including robotic)
  • Experience with tooling design and 3D CAD software
  • Understanding of MRP systems
