We are looking for an exceptional innovative team member who can manage and lead the development and administration of the facility and security programs, primarily at our Broomfield site. The position will be vital to build a culture of employee health & safety and good corporate stewardship. Reporting to the Manager of Regional Facilities, this position will actively manage the Broomfield site to assure proper implementation/alignment of policies, procedures and programs that promote well managed and well-maintained properties. The position will be a key member of the Global Real Estate, EHS and Facilities team.


  • Provide strong leadership, manage and develop of the site Facility team and site Security programs and projects with an emphasis on collaboration with EHS and business stakeholders
  • Manage local and support of corporate business initiatives and strategies
  • Manage and develop budgets for site Fac/Security programs and initiatives; be accountable within a global budget
  • Manage vendors, services providers, and contactors, while ensuring most cost-effective methods are being used to manage preventive maintenance of equipment, machinery, buildings, and other Fac/Security site programs
  • Manage site security, S2 security S/W, surveillance, and security badging and protocols as needed; work with corporate Fac/Security manager
  • Manage and develop site Fac/Security specific business continuity and disaster recovery plans (FM Global), including working with EHS and local site management on site continuity plans
  • Support the EHS team on related site requirements, building/strengthening an organizational safety culture, behavioral based safety for employee engagement, ownership, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Manage and develop the site Facility-CSR and sustainability initiatives and collection of data analytics
  • Coordinate the design, planning, budget, and schedule for facility modifications, including estimates on construction, equipment, labor, materials and other related costs
  • Oversee space allocation and layout activities, and facilities expansion/consolidation projects; Provide manufacturing plant operational support on complex issues/projects as they arise to enable business to grow

  • BS Degree in related field and 5+ years of experience in related areas
