The Manufacturing/Operations Manager will execute production activities in manufacturing areas and meet production goals, quality and cost objectives. You will prioritize production schedules, identify and implement efficiency tactics, monitor material supply, forecast and production ramp planning. You will maintain budgets and make budgetary recommendations on capital expenditures and direct/indirect labor. We are seeking an individual who will select and develop personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the production function, develop schedules and requirements for assigned areas, and focus on the development of employees along their career paths.
