Come join a team at the forefront of Microsoft’s transformation! Cloud & Artificial Intelligence (AI) Finance Revenue Planning provides end to end financial planning support for Cloud + Artificial Intelligence products and cloud services.

As part of our charter, we lead the revenue long range planning for C+AI, provide analytical support for pricing and packaging decisions, and support commercial partnerships and M&A deals from a financial point of view. For all these projects, we work closely with the C+AI Engineering and Marketing teams, Business Development, Corporate Development, and other teams.

We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to lead the Mixed Reality (MR) finance engagement across all three pillars of MR business - commercial, defense and consumer. The role requires strong business acumen, project management, ability to conceptualize and create business models, and partner well across peer teams. Responsibilities

This role will give you the opportunity to:
  • Join the fast growing and exciting business of MR. You will help achieve Microsoft’s vision of combining power of Cloud with intelligent devices to create impactful business solutions.
  • Drive discussions with CVP level audience on critical business issues across MR pillars
  • Become trusted leader to business partners and enable organization to hit our goals (units, revenue, solution attach and share)
  • Providing predictability to future performance and understanding of risks and opportunities
  • Develop and lead Long Range Planning processes; represent finance in Supply Chain and Operations Planning.
  • Piloting the P&L through analysis and insights while ensuring controls, compliance, and data accuracy
  • Partner with Business Development to support end to end inorganic growth strategies and driving returns from commercial partnership.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 4+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
  • OR Master's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
  • OR equivalent experience
  • The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree in Businessdministration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field AND 2+ years of post-graduate financial analysis, accounting, controllership, or finance work experience
  • Able to handle diverse stakeholders including senior leaders, in a business with a high degree of ambiguity; must be relentless and push back when required.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and strong financial modeling skills.
  • A track record of influencing the business through initiative and providing financial analysis and insight.
