Proven ability to deliver value and develop business with complex digital manufacturing solutions that span Digital Transformation, Manufacturing Strategy, Supply Chain, Plant Operations, and Quality Management.

Multi-dimensional leader comfortable in business domains crafting use cases, building trust with senior leaders; in IT/OT technology domains, capable of evaluating interdependent tradeoffs to strike a balance that compels demanding clients.

Experience in the Life Science Industry highly preferred. Shares colleagues' passion for building a distinguished practice that lives Accenture’s core values.

The Work:

Responsibilities

Lead in executing complex delivery, mostly across life science clients based in the Northeastern region of the USA. Delivery is multi-domain and requires an ability to work with experts in various domains, on both the client and delivery side, to deliver coherent outcomes that track to originating value propositions. Understanding of key challenges and trends in life sciences, especially around digital manufacturing and plant operations, and an ability to speak pharma is advantageous. Show initiative in developing complex sales with multiple buyers and multi-component solutions that must deliver a clear value proposition. Assist the practice in bringing relevant offerings and points of view to clients. Show initiative in contributing back to those offerings and points of view to grow with the practice. Bring your best self every day, regardless of circumstances, to provide positivity, clarity, and resolve to your teams and colleagues.

What you need:

Proven ability to manage high-visibility, multi-national engagements, with global teams diverse in skills and backgrounds.

Ability to diagnose and remediate execution challenges, decisively and accurately, and, more importantly, an alert capacity to foresee and avoid challenges.

Business development, proven ability to develop trust and confidence of senior executives seeking solutions that may have never been done before.

Excellent communicator and truth-seeker able to identify the essence of business challenges and construct creative solutions.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $200,000-$205,999and information on benefits offered is here.
