What We're Looking For:

We are seeking an energetic, self-starting Account Coordinator to join the growing Camera IQ family. This is a high-growth opportunity in an exciting emerging industry. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in a fast-paced, and fluid environment. You'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day relationships with some of the biggest media & entertainment companies, record labels and Fortune 500 brands. The ideal candidate will build trusted partnerships with Camera IQ customers and be comfortable owning digital/social campaign timelines and deliverables.

Responsibilities:
  • Support key enterprise account relationships by helping customers achieve their AR marketing goals
  • Traffic AR Filter/Lens creative services including basic production budgeting, creating project timelines and managing ontime deliveries with our Creative Production team.
  • Communicate with external customers and internal departments to ensure accurate and proper campaign creative execution based on contract terms to manage and exceed clients' expectations.
  • Support Account Strategist in SaaS customer lifecycle activities, AR campaign ideation, and Quarterly Business Reviews.
  • Market Research to strengthen creative & campaign recommendations.


Required Skills
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1-2 years relevant post-graduate work experience or related internship required, preferably in a corporate or start-up company environment.
  • Experience (or passion for) AR technologies, social media, and storytelling
  • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced multi-task driven environment.
  • Attention to detail and creative mindset
  • Google Suite (Gmail, Slides, Sheets, Docs) proficiency
