Mobile Software Engineer, SketchUp Mobile | XR Team

Location - Westminster, CO Or USA Remote

As a member of the engineering team focused on SketchUp for mobile, you’ll be working to both refine and re-imagine how we deliver cutting edge 3D software on iOS and Android, helping people everywhere express and communicate their ideas.

We’re looking for someone who is highly skilled, motivated, collaborative -- and pretty low-key about it all. You should already have some experience writing scalable native mobile applications and have a ‘quality-first’ mindset, and you’re excited to roll up your sleeves for the next big challenge.

Primary Duties

• Develop client code using one or more of the following technologies: Swift, Objective-C, C++, Java, Kotlin, C#, Unity.
• Add features collaboratively designed with the Product Manager.
• Analyze, design, implement new features and improve performance of the applications.
  
  

Education Requirements

• BS/BA degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  
  

Experience Requirements

• 3+ years experience developing rich, graphical iOS applications.
• Experience developing mobile applications in ObjC or Swift using Xcode.
• Experience and/or strong interest in design, graphics, 3D software.
• Familiarity with common commercial software development best practices.
• A test-driven development mentality.
• Strong problem-solving skills and eager to learn new technologies.
  
  

Additional Skills/Experience Desired

• Experience in one or more of the following technologies: Android Studio, Unity, Visual Studio.
• Developed apps for the Hololens, Windows Mixed Reality, HTC Vive, Oculus Rift or similar AR/VR headsets.
• Android, iOS, Java, Kotlin, Objective-C, and Swift.
• SketchUp C SDK or similar.
• Python, Batch, and Shell scripting.
• Universal Windows Platform (UWP) client development.
• JIRA, Git, macOS, Windows.
• Graphics programming with OpenGL or similar.

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule and at the senior level; a lower level has a lower compensation range. Compensation Range Minimum: $102,100

Compensation Range Maximum: $137,900
