Job Description

The Design team is a welcomed collaborator in most if not all projects at EyeCue - Focusing primarily on software, website, and mobile app visual design and user experience. There are also opportunities for branding, illustration, campaign and style-guide work, and the occasional print/pdf layout. The ECL design team is just that, we are a team. We’re looking for a candidate who, in addition to digital product design, has some “nice to haves” that would complement the skill set of the team. There are opportunities in illustration, logo work, motion graphics, AR/VR, and print to name a few.

Our clients are product-building entrepreneurs and companies, we deeply analyze and take pride in crafting user-friendly and user-focused experiences. We’re looking for a hands-on, motivated, and inspiring leader who’s passionate about designing, building, prototyping, and continually evolving digital products and brand impacts.

Responsibilities

• Produce engaging visual designs for client work, internal projects, and business development pitches.
• Analyze user feedback and activity, and iterate to enhance the user’s experience.
• Conduct competitor and customer analysis and interviews.
• Consult with product owners to understand their goals and discuss research findings and recommendations.
• Partner with internal leadership and other stakeholders to evolve, expand, and maintain the ECL marketing presence.
• Assist with content development and prototyping.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in designing/launching commercial web/mobile products.
• Experience with interactive design.
• Comfortable working within design systems as well as establishing new ones and evolving current standards.
• Expert with current industry tools with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Solid experience in collaborating with cross-disciplinary partners and leaders.
• Able to meet deadlines.
• Strong communications skills.
• High level of curiosity and empathy.
