HTC Vive is looking for a Channel Account Executive to play an important role in our new Enterprise VR Strategy. A proven track record of exceeding sales results with tenacity, accountability, high energy, integrity, and discipline is crucial to success on our Enterprise Sales team.


This high-profile role will work to manage named accounts, and develop and execute strategies for selling company products through resellers/channels across North America. This position will report to the Vice President of Enterprise Sales. 



Job Responsibilities

  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  • Develop and execute channel sales strategies by partnering with HTC’s sales, engineering, and marketing teams
  • Develop new business opportunities by analyzing and proactively targeting high value needs across multiple functions and business lines
  • Negotiate contracts and growth plans with current and prospective channel partners
  • Proactively develop unsolicited proposals that align with customer initiatives, and position HTC Vive as the leading Enterprise VR Solution
  • Effectively forecast sales opportunities, while tracking and using critical metrics that predict sales success
  • Effectively articulate and demonstrate HTC's unique business, solution, and functional value
  • Utilize Salesforce and additional automation tools in the tracking and execution of daily sales activities
  • Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly action plans
  • Travel to industry events and in-person meetings within your accounts when needed



Basic Qualifications (Required Skills and Experience)

  • 5+ Years Enterprise Sales Experience within Global 1000 Accounts, and experience working with major distribution partners like DELL & CDW
  • Bachelors (BA/BS) degree
  • Experience selling Hardware, Software, or a mix of enterprise solutions
  • Experience building relationships with Global 1000 senior line-of-business and IT executives, as well as operational managers
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills



Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills and Experience)

  • Passion for working with emerging VR technologies
  • Experience with and effective execution of a complex, solution-based strategic sales process
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth software company where change is constant
  • Ability to function independently, as well as collaboratively with HTC Vive team members
  • Experience using the following: SalesForce, Office 365, Power BI, Teams, and Asana
  • Understands the difference between activity and results; solid work ethic



Travel

  • 15% of domestic and/or international travel
