The opportunity

Are you passionate about the future of AR and 3D technologies? We're looking for a Senior Design Program Manager to help build cutting-edge tools and technology for our 3D and Mixed Reality team, responsible for Adobe Aero and the suite of Adobe Substance products.

You will join a group of program managers that focus broadly across the Creative Cloud to drive the creation of flagship applications, collaborating with senior design leadership and partners across the entire development process. We create and run processes that help hundreds of designers work together to make the best possible products and services for our customers!

What You'll Do

Primary responsibilities include guiding process at a team level, and leading high-impact projects across a multi-function group of designers and business partners. You will be responsible for the design process, including owning management tools, building alignment, and prioritizing work to ensure timelines and business objectives are met. In partnership with design leadership, you'll shepherd the workload and process, all while building and maintaining positive relationships with the product creation team. This requires experience communicating across audiences, creating clear plans out of ambiguity, and updating executive partners.

What You Need To Succeed

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of applicable experience in a technology environment.
• Demonstrated delivery of large-scale programs and projects.
• Real passion for user experience and design with an understanding of design process.

• Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills with the ability to lead in an environment of ambiguity and a diverse range of partners.
• Experience in 3D-related industries such as mixed reality, video games, or real-time visualization is a plus
