Overview of the role

Outward has developed a transformative 3D-based visualization platform for the retail industry. We are pushing the boundaries of how 3D and AR/ VR technologies will drive the next generation's shopping experience. In the Creative Assistant role, you will help manage our growing customer base. You will report to our Creative Director, help manage large customer projects, be the liaison with various departments, and bring customer projects to a successful end. You have an understanding of photography, some familiarity with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, and a keen sense for aesthetic details.

Responsibilities
  • 2+ Customer Service Experience
  • QA Render & Application Content Testing
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues found in applications during QC process
  • Work order management from customer to cross-functional teams
  • Labeling, organizing, and inputting feedback on visual assets into the tracking system
  • Work in a collaborative setting across multiple departments
  • Ownership of deliverables; proactive initiative on executing work to strict timelines


Criteria
  • Familiarity with both Mac and PC platforms is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn and a passion for the creation of visual content
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience in UI/UX design, Autodesk Maya, and/or Blender are all a plus
