Stefanini is looking for a Sr. UX Designer in Remote
Responsibilities:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Graphic Design, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, or related field
· Typically requires 8+ years of relevant technical or business work experience
· Demonstrated success at developing creative and comprehensive research strategies to reveal unforeseen opportunities and issues that have a significant impact on product strategy and design
· Collaborates with UX analysts, project managers, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to prioritize UX activities throughout the software development life-cycle and deliver high-quality experiences
· Assists IT engineers with understanding and incorporating technical, business, and user requirements into designs
· Understands client goals, requirements, internal goals, usability, and technical constraints within budget and schedule
· Supports all aspects of design and production, focusing specifically on UX design
· Creates innovative and appealing designs on a rapid and iterative basis, through sketches, storyboards, user task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and the production of final assets for specific features and projects
· Facilitates project teams through the design process, gathering actionable feedback and iterating the appropriate level of changes
· Provides UX development support to development teams in both Agile and waterfall projects for responsive interfaces and presentation layer development support
· Works as a team member and sometimes as a technical lead
· Acts as a user advocate and participates in UX discussions with business partners on topics including visual design, interaction design, information architecture, and user research
· Delivers guidance on software accessibility concepts and constraints
· Assesses data from multiple sources, synthesizes it, and develops strategies for projects
· Advocates for the end user by influencing decisions to ensure that product and design decisions are aligned with user needs and expectations Complexity
· Works on multiple moderate to complex projects/tasks
Qualifications:
· we are in need of additional design engineering (front-end development) support.
· We are looking for a Senior UX Designer who has a background in UI design, UX methods, and has experience with JavaScript framework(s) to implement dynamic web sites.
· Additionally, we are looking for an individual who has experience with XR, 3D graphics, CAD, 3D visualization, 3D interactions or similar applications.

Group consists of UX Designers and UX Researchers
Someone with Traditional web technology stack
UI experience is must
Need experience with Angular version 11
React exp. is required
Candidate will be utilizing modern design
Dribble.com is Website for Modern design-how modern website look like
Need to Modernize the FRB user interface
Know how to make accessible software
Emerging technical space-Building application in Augmented reality, Virtual reality
Video game design background is helpful
The person would be heavy on the UI side, and Familiar with visual design side
80% core Angular, UI/UX and 20% with Unity, XR, AR, VR
Bachelor’s degree might help however equivalent experience is fine, Manager is more concerned about the candidate’s work
Certification in reputable in UI companies
6 months contract as of now however might extend
Manager is open for remote
