Located in West Loop Chicago, ImmersiveTouch builds virtual reality (VR) surgical simulation products that create patient-specific virtual models from medical imaging data (CT/CTA/MRI) for use by surgeons. ITI’s technology is unique in its use of 360-degree views, 3-D graphics, and advanced haptic feedback technology to generate a simulated surgery environment that both looks and feels real. As a result of thorough scientific investigations we found that implementing our products into surgical training and planning routines has a measurable positive affect on surgeon performance. ITI has received FDA clearance and been granted several patents related to the application of AR/VR and haptic feedback to surgical imaging data.

 

Our team is looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Medical Device to work at our West Loop Chicago office.

 

The individual will develop brand positioning to build an effective communications strategy that supports our sales and distribution channels. In addition, they will create integrated marketing programs and sales tools to promote ImmersiveTouch in the market. The Product Marketing Manager must be entrepreneurial, creative and comfortable working with ambiguity as this is a start-up environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating our relevant product marketing content. Your market research will help guide you when creating this content. You will collaborate with other internal teams and product marketing team members to develop our strategy for product launches and product positioning. 


What will you do?


Marketing

●     Brand Awareness - Develop, create and drive awareness with targeted customer segments using a consistent, integrated message across a wide range of marketing channels

●     Product Launch - Develop materials to support and manage each stage of the product launch process, including comprehensive marketing plans and promotional programs for existing products to include product strategy development, product positioning, collateral creation and brand management.

●     Market Research - Research our market's consumer preferences then target and segment our customers effectively based on this research. Establish relationships with current and potential customers, distributors, partners and surgeons to understand customer needs, motivations and barriers

●     Content Strategy - Leverage market research to create persona-based white papers, website design, newsletters, email blasts, social media management, video scripting, webinars, etc. Create product marketing content that clearly and effectively communicates our value-proposition



Sales

●     Lead Generation - Create a strategic business development approach to target specific buyers and leverage the voice of the customer to drive new business

●     Sales Reporting - Prepare product forecasts and analyze sales trends over time and the impact of competitive strategies. Support forecasts and budgets with appropriately detailed marketing plans.

●     Sales Enablement - Develop and deliver sales and training materials for internal stakeholders, sales, distribution channels and customers. Collaborate with sales team to create marketing content that will enable the sales team.

●     Be the face of the company - This role reports directly to the COO and you will be expected to attend trade shows and events to support ongoing sales and marketing efforts.

 

 

Qualifications and Required Skills:

●     5-8 Years of combined Sales and Marketing experience

●     Must have experience working in the Medical Device space

●     Experience with social media analytics including Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Youtube

●     Experience working with G-Suite and Hootsuite

●     Self-starter who is results driven with the ability to prioritize fast-moving projects and work with same-day deadlines

●     Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills

●     Fluent in English

●     Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar field
