Job Description

Position – Senior Device Engineer

Duration – 12 months

Location – Sunnyvale, CA / Remote Role

Education:

• Education and/or equivalent experience in a STEM field such as physics, electrical engineering, imaging science, optics, or computer science
• Experience with cloud data systems and scripting for scientific simulation

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with cloud processing for scientific simulations or cloud processing of large-scale synthetic or natural image datasets.
• Experience in coding & scripting for cloud processing in Python & Linux; background with multiple programming languages (e.g. Python, MATLAB, C++)
• Familiarity with concepts of machine learning at scale, PyTorch, Keras, or similar for cloud computing
• The ideal candidate has experience with camera engineering or simulation for mobile camera development, cameras, and imaging devices and concepts; key parameters and functionality of cameras; understands and is familiar with important metrics in imaging metrology and evaluation.

Skills:

Camera Imaging Engineer (Cloud Simulation)

• Exposure working with Photographic Imaging Architecture team.
• Primary responsibilities involve developing AI/ML and Cloud infrastructure for realistic simulation of camera images
