In Facebook Reality Labs, we're building the next generation of devices and experiences that make people feel closer. This includes Oculus and Portal products, Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) software and content, and research and development labs.We're looking for an accomplished marketing leader to lead our Brand and International Marketing efforts. Our ideal candidate possesses sharp strategic and creative instincts honed at the world's best brands, experience demonstrating the short- and long-term return of marketing investment, a deep understanding of the value of brand throughout the customer experience, and how to inspire a multi-disciplinary marketing team to do the best work of their careers.To be successful in the role, this person also will need to be a highly effective cross-functional collaborator, working in partnership with the Sales, Product Marketing, Product, Privacy, Creative, Public Relations/Communications teams, among others, and inspiring their teams to do the same. This role will sit in the Marcom leadership team and be responsible for contributing to a fast scaling organization.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic vision and marketing programs for the Facebook Reality Labs brand internationally
  • Lead the international marketing teams in EMEA, Japan and emerging regions outside of North America, driving adoption and engagement of our platforms in these markets
  • Partner with the international Sales teams to lead new market expansion, existing market growth, and campaign implementation
  • Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Creative, Policy, and Diversity & Inclusion teams to ensure all brand and international marketing efforts are aligned and coordinated with those groups and vice-versa
  • Lead, develop and grow a high performing, multi-disciplinary team that seeks to do the best work of their careers from a leader they can be inspired by and learn from
  • Collaborate with Marcom peers across Facebook Reality Labs and Facebook at large to push the thinking of the work and maximize the impact of the efforts you lead
  • Serve as a cultural beacon and ambassador to educate and inform the team about the most important consumer insights, dynamics, and shifts to drive our work
Minimum Qualification
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent marketing experience
  • 15+ years experience in consumer marketing
  • 8+ years experience in a brand marketing role for consumer brands
  • 5+ years experience working on consumer technology brands/products
  • 5+ years working on ex-North American marketing efforts, whether based in North America or living in markets outside of North America
  • Experience leading fast growing, cross-functional teams, either formally through reporting structure or informally through influence
  • Experience working across marketing channels and influencing product and service experience
  • Experience developing brand strategy for world-renowned companies
  • Experience demonstrating the return of marketing investment in the short- and long-term
Preferred Qualification
  • Experience in entertainment, fashion or culture brands
  • Advanced qualifications in marketing strategy
