We make amazing AR/VR and interactive apps for the corporate sector. We are looking to add a QA and Tech Coordinator to our team.


The ideal candidate for this position should be truly gifted at problem-solving and up to the challenge of realizing our creative ideas in new and innovative ways. Applicants should be experienced with quality control and possess the ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly. Applicants must also have a passion for technology as we also beta test the latest hardware and software, innovating how we make experiences work in new and diverse ways.

  • Dedicated to satisfactory outcomes
  • Be able to work from start to finish, by yourself or in a team
  • Experience with game engines (i.e. Unity, Unreal)
  • Experience with Git, SVN, or other repository systems
  • Ability to deploy and troubleshoot hardware during live events and product demos
  • VR/AR experience is a plus
  • Experience with software distribution for mobile and non-mobile applications is a plus


Responsibilities:

  • QA the full project lifecycle including user requirements, designing graphic elements, and building of navigation components
  • Champion best practice and quality in QA
  • Design test plans as throughput from design and specification reviews
  • Coordinate QA/QC activities with the studio, Creative Directors, and Client Services
  • Prepare QA/QC reports and present to internal teams and key stakeholders
  • Verification software testing to identify and troubleshoot UX problems (i.e. design, architecture, responsiveness, bugs)
  • Own the development and execution of test plans and test cases
  • Develop and maintain testing strategies, including manual and automation testing
  • Validation testing to ensure the experience meets the project standards (unit testing, integration testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing)
  • Installing experiences on technology and testing for clients and S5D (VR, tablets, phones, desktops, laptops, web)
  • Assist Client Services and Biz Dev in demos to clients on the web and in-person
  • Provide technical support to clients and other S5D teams members
  • Ensure production adheres to brief of standards and methodologies
  • Audit project files to ensure they are achieved so that the project can be easily picked up again
  • Write technical documents that can be handed to Client Services, as well as clients, for easy use for an app or experience, created
