Responsibilities

Advise the L&D team on use of newer technologies, such as virtual reality or augmented reality, as well as informal learning technologies such as podcasts or Microsoft Teams. Ensure these technologies work within the company’s hardware and software infrastructure.

Be ready to “roll up your sleeves” and perform typical LMS execution tasks when needed, such as content uploading and testing.

Create and oversee LMS governance, within Aspen IT and L&D teams but also collaboratively with our other ADMI brands, including WellNow Urgent Care and acquisitions.

Ensure that learning solutions meet the department’s technical standards.

Essential Responsibilities Lead And Coach The L&D Technology Team.

Initiate and manage the contracts with our technology vendors.

Lead a team to manage the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the LMS, including LMS ticketing and resolution process and LMS reporting and analytics.

Manage the technology-related budget and provide input to the overall L&D budget.

Partner with L&D leadership to develop and execute the overall learning strategy.

Review resources, company needs, prioritize work, and adjust the Technology team as needed.

Set the learning technology strategy through understanding our business needs. This includes driving the usage of our LMS (Learning Management System).

Job Related/Industry Experience: 10 years’ experience or more

Minimum 7 years experience working with learning technologies (including LXPs and LMSs). Docebo LMS experience highly desirable.

Requirements/Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in IT, Instructional Technology, Instructional Design, or related field . Master's degree preferred

This role is located in ADMI’s practice support center in Chicago’s trendy Fulton Market neighborhood near many shops and restaurants. With consideration for COVID-19, the role will be primarily remote in the near term. Once employees may safely return to work full-time, this role will require at least three days in the Chicago office.
