We are looking for an exceptional Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be a part of an established growing talent acquisition team. We are seeking someone with experience recruiting for Technical/Engineering or Corporate (IT, Legal, HR, Finance) functions, or a combination of both. This position will play a critical role in attracting exceptional talent to meet the evolving demands of our business and nurture a positive company culture to retain top talent. This role will report into our Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition. This position can be located in either our Andover, MA, or Irvine, CA locations and we are also open to hybrid in one of these locations, or the role can be fully remote.


  • Oversee and manage full-cycle recruiting processes for various departments and functions.
  • Engage with key stakeholders as a partner to align recruitment strategies with hiring needs.
  • Plan and execute successful recruitment events supporting targeted needs of the organization (career fairs, campus, etc.)
  • Support the development of TA programs and identify recommendations to continuously improve the recruitment processes and tools to ensure optimal performance
  • Identify strategic search opportunities and assist in managing search strategy for priority roles

  • Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of recruiting experience

  • Ability to effectively evaluate quality candidates
  • Experience managing multiple searches and relationships while meeting critical deadlines
