Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Client Engagement Manager to oversee the team and client engagements. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of leading client engagements in an organization that delivers a technology-enabled service. This person should also be a systems-thinker, a self-starter, highly organized, and a strong collaborator. 


This is a full-time, salaried position reporting to the VP of Client Experience. 


Responsibilities

  • In a consultancy model, develop strategic approaches to integrate technology in the training environment of our client’s customers 
  • Manage and execute the full lifecycle of new client engagements, project schedule, budget, and deliverables, including the design of simulation scenarios and the communication of learning outcomes 
  • Ensure all projects are executed in a manner that is consistent with Standard Operating Procedures, on time and budget, and that customers and end-users are delighted with the experience 
  • In partnership with Sales, drive client renewal and expansion 
  • Grow client engagements using data from current projects to drive soft-skills improvement in client organizations 
  • Improve learning outcomes through enhancements to scenario design and learning analytics 
  • Create Standard Operating Procedures in partnership with Leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve the gross margin of all project engagements without sacrificing operational quality or client learning outcomes 

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience
  • 5+ years of experience leading Enterprise level client engagements
  • 3+ years of experience in enterprise software deployment management and/or implementation
  • 2+ years leading client engagement teams 
  • Strong cross-functional, technical Project Management experience including planning, scheduling, monitoring, and stakeholder reporting
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineers to reach a deep understanding of the product and its functions
  • Experience cultivating client engagements with F1000s 
  • Excellent organizational, listening, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated excellence in thought leadership, innovation, and execution management; ability to influence without authority
