We are looking for an exceptional Sr. Campus Recruiter who will be a part of a new campus recruiting team. This position will play a critical role in attracting exceptional talent to meet the evolving demands of our business and nurture a positive company culture to retain top talent. This role will report into our Director, Global Talent Acquisition.

  • Help build and scale our evolving campus program
  • Measure and track a variety of campus recruitment metrics to determine success and evaluate continued growth opportunities
  • Partner with hiring managers and hiring teams to identify student opportunities
  • Lead full lifecycle recruitment process with candidates
  • Lead global campus program working closely with our other campus team member


What will you bring to the team, along with your curiosity:

  • Bachelor’s degree, and 3+ years of Campus Recruiting experience
  • 3+ years full lifecycle campus recruiting experience
  • Self-starter with strategic vision
  • Strong communicator and influencer
