We are looking for an exceptional Strategic Talent Acquisition Sourcer to join our newly formed sourcing team. We are seeking someone with experience sourcing for Technical/Engineering or Corporate (IT, Legal, HR, Finance) functions, or a combination of both. This position will play a critical role in sourcing exceptional talent to meet the evolving demands of our business and nurture a positive company culture to retain top talent. This role will report into our Diversity Sourcing Lead. This position can be located in either our Andover, MA, or Irvine, CA locations and we are also open to hybrid in one of these locations, or the role can be fully remote.


  • Works closely with the Recruiter to understand staffing needs and develop a proactive, innovative sourcing/recruitment strategy to attract and recruit top talent.
  • Develops and executes a proactive, innovative, cost-effective recruitment/sourcing strategy to target a diverse pool of qualified applicants for vacancies.
  • Performs advanced sourcing, including social media, internet and data base mining, developing relationships with professional organizations, colleges and schools, and community agencies to identify and recruit a diverse slate of candidates for all positions.
  • Conducts cold calls to passive candidates to present opportunities for critical, difficult and visible positions.
  • Performs structured screening and assessment to ensure applicants meet both job and organization requirements.

  • Experience managing multiple searches and relationships while meeting critical deadlines
