Augmented Reality (AR) Graphics Programmer-Artist


WHO Academy is recruiting three (3) junior AR Graphics Programmer-Artists. These roles offer the opportunity to learn new technical skills on the job as a member an international research team of artists, scientists, engineers and learning designers developing open source, state-of-the-art, Augmented Reality applications to advance lifelong learning in healthcare.


Your work will include doing hands-on programming and graphics development for Magic Leap and Microsoft Hololens devices, as well as other areas of responsibility as your skills grow and the WHO Academy evolves.


Desired qualities include: love to code, passion for VR simulation and game design, interest in healthcare technology, and a curious, scientific mind. We are looking for a track record of success and excellence, intelligent risk-taking, rapid learning of new skills, and adaptability in the face of unexpected change or setbacks. Fluent English is required, proficiency in additional WHO languages is an asset.
