We are currently seeking a
Data Analyst to join our team. This is a mid level role with experience providing consulting services in life sciences. Remote work for the next few months due to COVID.

The Main Responsibilities For This Person Include
- Utilizing configuration and data reports to assess the data integrity
- Writing queries or use tools to support data cleaning/transformation
- Creating data flow maps
- Creating business rules for data cleaning
- Determining structure and process for managing clinical trial master data
- Assessing ability to share data and documents across systems such as Regulatory and Safety
- Making recommendations to the client on changes to data structure and integrity
- Assessing security and permissions across the Vault Clinical modules to ensure users can perform the tasks associated with their roles
- Assessing security and permissions for external users, such as CROs and vendors.
- Prioritizing data changes
- Obtaining access to client’s systems
- Identifing stakeholders and roles
- Utilizing reports and tools to assess data quality and integrity
- Creating data flow maps and business rules for data standardization, de-duplication, and parent-child relationships
- Defining recommendations for data changes and prioritization to the client
- Identifing areas for business process improvement to ensure data integrity.
The Main Skills Of The Person Include
- Education: BS in a scientific field
- 5+ years working in Clinical Operations or consulting
- Understanding the clinical trial process and data hierarchy
- Use of CTMS and eTMF systems
- Clinical user roles and permissions
- Veeva Vault Business Admin white belt certification
- Ability to create data flow and business process maps
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Microsoft Applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Teams
- Oral and written communication
