As a Front Desk Staff or in Black Box terms - Hero Trainer, you will be responsible for building positive relationships among members, participants, and staff, with the intent to grow membership. Create a positive image of Black Box VR by providing excellent customer service, having an attention to detail, actively responding to inquiries, questions and needs, and monitoring game play and exercises.
