We are looking for an exceptional Associate Production Planner who can manage the flow of products through our factory/distribution center in Irvine, CA. This position will afford the exciting opportunity of data analysis and decision making that will help the business units achieve their revenue goals. The responsibilities of the position shall include:


  • Analyze MRP and release production orders/purchase orders accordingly.  Ensure availability of custom products to meet customer demand.
  • Maintain sufficient inventory levels to meet customer demands
  • Ensure data integrity in MRP such as lead times, production orders/purchase orders due dates, customer ship dates, etc...
  • Monitor backlog and quickly react to new bookings to ensure On Time Delivery (OTD) of customer orders.   Monitor delivery metrics and implement corrective actions where needed to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Identify shortages and coordinate with buyers in Supply Chain Management team to acquire needed materials to fulfill customer orders
  • Analyze and present data to support operational decision making

What will you bring to the team, along with your creativity is:


  • 1-2 yrs of related exp. and a Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience with MRP system, SAP preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to clearly communicate with different functional groups within the organization from management to sales, engineers and direct labor
