Sharecare is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and work with the Art Director, Tech Director, Medical Experts/Writers, Artists and Programmers creating immersive healthcare simulations. The ideal candidate will spearhead the company's interactive products' schedule, identifying and collecting, requirements and/or purpose, while ensuring that its business objectives, creative vision, and timelines are understood and maintained by everyone involved.
Essential Functions:
* Will collaborate with directors and other members of the team, while managing interactive projects, establishing schedules, milestones, and sprint cycle goals.
* Will develop and maintain the production roadmap and schedule to track the history, status, priority, and deadlines of all studio projects.
* Will work closely with the Art Director and Technical Director ensuring that project expectations are clear and realistic and facilitate communication regularly to external departments, studio, and Sr. Leadership.
* Will be responsible to keep all projects on track and meet target dates by foreseeing, identifying, and proposing solutions to resolve potential risks or issues.
* Will work side by side with teams and Directors to alleviate complex issues, improve product quality and meet deadlines.
* Will be responsible for daily QA, testing of builds, new features, work-in-progress art, and features (VR, Mobile, PC, and Mac)
* Will be an excellent communicator ensuring that project objectives and creative vision are understood and maintained, by project team.
* Will be responsible for demonstrating Virtual Reality and other builds for live events and video shoots.
* Will be responsible for researching and obtaining quotes from, scheduling, and managing, vendors and contractors for project support such as, voice over talent, medical writers, software, printing, audio licensing, stock footage, etc.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of expertise in business, management, content, design and technical disciplines.
* Extensive Project Management experience and professional experience with workflow software such as JIRA, Smartsheet, Project, etc.
* Successfully managed multiple priorities, work under established deadlines and have the capacity to approach problems effectively and creatively.
* Working knowledge of inter-relations between content, design, and technology.
* Solid understanding of users and usability.
* Proficiency in standard media applications, such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Knowledge of secondary visual media applications, after effects, and 3D packages.
* Experience with VR, Unity3D, design interfaces for interactive software.
* Experience working in an internal production role on at least one AAA console project, a plus.
* Experience in Health and/or Healthcare a plus.
