Based in San Francisco and Copenhagen, Rock Paper Reality (RPR) is an A-team of immersive technology experts that develop award-winning experiences and advise companies around the world on their XR strategies.


RPR is looking for a talented Account Executive that is excited to push new boundaries in immersive technologies and help build RPR’s future. As RPR’s Account ExecutiveVRTUOSO, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the industry’s most reputable agencies and showcase your prowess in sales, marketing, and account management.

Responsibilities

●     Create detailed business plans designed to attain predetermined goals and quotas

●     Support marketing campaigns including: newsletter, paid ads, SEO, social media, etc.

●     Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal

●     Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnerships

●     Collaborate with RPR’s creative team on client needs

●     Present RPR products and services to prospective clients

●     Provide professional after-sales support to maximize customer loyalty

●     Remain in regular contact with your clients to understand and meet their needs

●     Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation

●     Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data

●     Present immersive tech solutions to C Suite executives and digital agencies

●     Tracking and reporting KPI’s

 

Requirements

●     Immersive technology (AR/VR/VP) experience highly desired

●     Marketing, Advertising, Digital or Creative Agency Experience highly desired

●     Proven experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role

●     Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles

●     Knowledge of MS Office; knowledge of CRM software (eg. Salesforce) is a plus

●     Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

●     Organizational and time-management skills

●     A business acumen
