What You Will Be Doing
You are a manager team's manager!
You Will
Lead & empower our team to design and support electro mechanical systems of our AR products from beginning to end of the lifecycle.
Represent our company in supplier meetings, program kickoffs, project definition, in their alignment to long- term department strategy.
Own and have oversight of the development of new product submodules, as well as strategic engineering initiatives.
You will have the opportunity to make an impact on the products we develop while building an exceptional engineering organization.
You're analytical, yet creative - someone who can inspire a diverse group of engineers with a compelling technical vision while understanding the business tradeoffs required to realize that vision.

2-3 years of experience in augmented reality or virtual reality.
Designed products for harsh outdoor environments.
Have worked with sensors (cameras, ToF, radar, etc.), and/or RF systems / antennas.
Experience managing geographically dispersed teams.
Experience working with or for the Department of Defense.
Can obtain government clearance.
