Xperiment VR, Fairfield County's Top VR gaming center, is looking for a store manager!

Featuring 16 virtual reality gaming stations, we are a destination for casual gaming and family friendly fun. We cater to individuals as well as groups for birthday parties and all sorts of gatherings.

We’re looking for a manager to help our customers have a great time and grow the Xperiment VR brand. Responsibilities

• Make sure every guest has a positive experience at Xperiment VR
• Become an expert with all VR experiences
• Recommend experiences that guests will enjoy
• Delegate tasks to staff and supervise their performance.
• Maintain a fully-stocked inventory and order food supplies, as needed.
• Manage party reservations.
• Arrange to have shifts covered (eg when employees take time off)
• Help staff resolve on-the-job challenges.
• Track daily costs and revenues.
• Balance the cash register at the end of the shift.
• Coordinate with suppliers as they deliver food product orders.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and gracefully handle any complaints.
• Open or close the store (when responsible for the first or last shift).
• Inform the next shift manager about pending tasks.
• Report maintenance and training needs.

Requirements

• Successful working experience as a manager in retail or other environments.
• Comfort working around and with computers.
• Strong organizational and team management skills.
• Attention to detail and good personal skills.
• Good customer interaction and sales skills.
• Able to multitask and problem solve in a busy environment

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FRIDAY-SUNDAY

• 8-10 hour shifts, during business hours of 4pm to 8 pm weekdays and 11am to 9pm Saturday and 11am to 6pm Sunday.

Pay: 30,000-40,000 Salary
