Microsoft was awarded a contract by the United States Army to produce hardware, software, and cloud solutions for the Integrated Visual Augmentation System (IVAS) program. The program leverages technology from HoloLens to produce a head-up display that pushes the boundaries of mixed reality devices. Responsibilities

In this role, you will partner with teams across the IVAS business and engineering organizations to define, design and enable internal and customer-facing infrastructure including collaboration, content management, Wiki, and configuration management. A successful candidate will be passionate about cooperative engagement across internal and external teams, familiar with Microsoft collaboration tools, and energized by the opportunity to represent customer needs. The role has a significant impact in driving future business growth within the Department of Defense Sector by providing a world class customer experience.

Responsibilities Include
  • Define, design and management of internal and customer-facing collaboration sites.
  • Define near-term and long-term content and tools approach for the organization and our customers.
  • Oversight of internal Wiki pages and structure, including partnering across Mixed Reality teams to ensure content management excellence for internal users and customers.
  • Be the technical lead for configuration/data management tool.
  • Collaborate with business operations to maintain program master schedule infrastructure.
  • Serve as compliance liaison to ensure team is maintaining compliant business processes.

Qualifications
  • 5+ years of project or product management experience.
  • Technical expertise with Microsoft software/collaboration tools.
  • Experience bringing different organizations together to collaborate and work through differences in approach
  • Strong project management skills with demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, dead-line oriented environment.
  • Great written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work and communicate effectively across disciplines and teams.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize and make independent decisions.
  • Experience working on hardware device programs is highly preferred
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role.
