We are looking for an exceptional Senior Director, Global Procurement who can manage a global team of procurement managers that drive day-today procurement of materials and services in alignment with the materials plan and company goals. You will have global responsibility for the full Procurement process and will ensure supply continuity.


  • Ensures the availability of materials in the supply chain, as scheduled, and the maintenance of inventory at acceptable levels
  • Responsibility for sourcing and supplying raw materials, utilities and outside services, as well coordinating global procurement efforts
  • Coordinates with finance/accounting on matters involving inventory carrying costs and reviews and plans requirements for acceptable inventory 
  • Supports the establishment, adoption and maintenance of Enterprise Requirements Planning system
  • Works with customers in auditing customer inventory levels and with internal and external suppliers to comply with inventory policies
  • Guides team through contract negotiation and global execution
  • Develops and sustains supplier relationships through direct interaction, responsiveness and accountability and tracks and manages supplier performance


What will you bring to the team, along with your creativity and leadership is:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred Masters
  • 15+ years of Global Commodity or Procurement Management experience
  • Experience managing multifunctional, multicultural global teams
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to build supporting networks
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills with executive level presentation proficiency
