We are looking for an exceptional Director, Supply Chain Program Management that will provide superior program management and leadership for Supply Chain projects and programs. This role will ensure the deliverables of the program are achieved on or ahead of schedule and within cost standards such that they meet the desired program objective, business deliverable and/or key decision required.


  • Establishes milestones, develops and owns program plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitors allocation of resources
  • Reviews and presents plans and progress reports
  • Identifies and reacts to program problems and recommends solutions, such as allocation of resources and program requirements and assists in resolution of constraints
  • Directs all program phases from inception through completion
  • Interfaces with internal customers for project specifications and execution to ensure successful completion
  • Leads the process for evaluation, optimization and planning of alternative operational options
  • Leads the team in the preparation, implementation, and maintenance of integrated risk management plan


What will you bring to the team, along with your creativity and leadership is:


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferred Masters
  • 10+ years of Global Supply Chain experience
  • 4+ years of Project/Program Management experience
  • Experience managing multifunctional, multicultural global teams
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills to build supporting networks
  • Interpersonal and leadership skills with executive level presentation proficiency
