We’re looking for a talented Program Manager who excels at building systems for validation, across tooling and people, while delivering quality to the customer for public sector Mixed Reality solutions.
Responsibilities
- Engage directly with your new teammates to understand the state-of-the-art Mixed Reality device hardware, services, and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Leverage the work in progress in Software & Hardware Validation, Field Testing, and Experiences tie together and deliver the managed and scalable quality reporting solution the customer needs.
- Build on the existing requirements and implementations for product validation, including planning for the next stage reporting platforms, to meet customer needs while balancing engineering cost, schedule, and complexity.
- Effectively collaborate, build relationships, and influence team members to achieve product objectives.
- Communicate with precision and clarity to drive alignment in both small and broad teams.
- Report out to the broader team and leadership on a periodic basis.
We are looking for someone with a high tolerance for ambiguity and change, where your goal is to mitigate the impact of both to your workstreams.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of Program Management, Product Management and/or Project Management experience.
- Experience working through a complete product cycle preferred (from initial design through post-release maintenance).
- Broad experience with designing quality, validation systems, test plans, design and management
- A high tolerance for ambiguity and change.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
