About the role

 

This is an exciting role as Coohom is expanding its Sales team worldwide and you’ll be one of the core salespersons on that team. This role requires you to help us bring next-generation 3D Visualization platforms (App-less AR, VR, floor planning, and related SAAS products) to the furniture, interior design, and kitchen/bath markets in North America.

  

We are seeking an experienced, quota carrying Sales performer, who is passionate about having a big impact on the way homes or businesses are decorated. You’ll be doing full-stack Sales, meaning generating qualified leads through closing, and collaborating with sales and team members worldwide. Coohom is looking to grow extensively and will provide 2 weeks of remote training and a Manager/Mentor to guide through your success.

Your Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop a Sales strategy to expand Coohom solutions into your territory
  • Manage entire Sales process from outbound lead generation through to closing
  • Generate revenue forecasts and achieve quota targets  
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product Management teams
  • Contribute to the growth of the team: interview, onboard, and mentor new reps
  • CRM best practices using HubSpot for pipeline management, Apollo for email campaigns
  • Some travel (per CDC guideline as safe) as required to prospects, customers, marketing events, or training both nationally and internationally
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to target specific clients

 

Your Qualifications:

 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant B2B Sales experience
  • Proven experience selling complex software solutions including eCommerce, ERP, and consumer-facing tools plus must understand data analytics, AI and machine learning
  • Bonuses:
  1. B2B Sales experience from Furniture Industry (Manufacturing/retail)
  2. Kitchen & Bath industry experience and/or knowledge
  • Proven record of revenue generation
  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • Solid understanding of Common Sales methodology (MEDDIC, Solution or SPIN Selling, etc)
  • Strong Analytical (API, eCommerce, SAAS), Business Ethics and relationship building skills
  • Self-motivated, goal driven, high-energy, and a strong team player
  • Dedicated Work from Home and Focus on High outbound activities (phone, email, etc.)
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive and learn at a start-up. Willing to work outside of your job description if necessary.
  • Global working experience or proven intercultural skills within global teams
