MindCo’s first product, MindCotine, for Smoking Cessation, includes a mobile app and a VR-Kit (a lightweight VR headset using the customer's own smartphone), that trains smokers to quit by combining Virtual Reality, Psychological Therapy with Mindfulness, and a Craving Support Center with on-demand coaching support. MindCo´s second product, MindCorelief, for Stress-Management, consists of the same delivery methodology and addresses Covid-stressful situations.

The Role

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter with the ability to identify influencers and key decision-makers within accounts. You will discover qualified opportunities by responding to inbound interests and targeted outbound prospects to build rapport and establish long-term relationships. 


The objective of this position is to increase the number of funnels qualified leads by managing several lead sourcing channels, validating market segments, and providing support to sales teams to result in increased revenue(s) for enterprise and broker partners. 


Ownership over the complete Top of Sales Funnel activities from Market Segment Identification, Lead Sourcing Channels, Scrapping, Outbound materials, Outbound activities (emails, phone calls, applications, etc.), enabling the Sales Team to work the lead into prospective clients. 


Responsibilities

  • Drive top-of-the-funnel lead generation for account executives and sales managers.
  • Source and engage with decision-makers in Corporations for health and wellness corporate programs. 
  • Source and engage with decision-makers in Channel partners like Insurance and Benefits Brokers and Resellers for health and wellness corporate programs. 
  • Track and evaluate sourcing channel performance following KPIs and OKRs.
  • Create databases, surveys, and reports; market landscapes, presentations, & strategic plans.
  • Consistently achieve a monthly quota of qualified opportunities.


Qualifications

  • +2 years of expertise in selling employer-based mental health or wellness programs: Employee Assistance, Behavioral Health, Emotional Well-being, and Disease Management.
  • Workstyle that flexes from strategic to hands-on.
  • Track record of driving growth, innovation, and operational excellence with the objectives to increase revenue.
